'Center for Judicial Excellence' lacks credibility

I think people have found too much in the way of evidence, to continue labeling them, "Disgruntled." Check out Ronald George's Elkins Task Force, for which the public was requested to apply...and then rejected. See www.ElkinsTaskForce.org San Diego best illustrates how these so called Task Forces, are staffed with the very people the public complains about. Thus, allowing the the problem to be on the task force all but eliminates judicial credibility.

Indeed most of the policy makers and groups that are supposed regulate fairness in the court system are part of the "good ole boys club" and everyone seems to protect each other in order tp keep their well paying job. Here in Shasta County there is corruption in this Family court and a retired Judge that is an absolute disaster, in the case I am closest to, he has taken a child from her mother with no reason whatsoever and helped the opposing attorney of the abusive ex husband to run a smear compaign against the mother because the ex husband is taking vengence and further abusing this woman through the court system. These judges have too much power and not enough accountability and because of this judge, my friend is just about destitute because the Judge will not hold her ex or his attorney to any rules or decisions of the court and they treat the court and judge like their lackey, it is disgusting.
