So, the guy was driving illegally in the breakdown lane and wasn't wearing a seatbelt. I feel sorry for his family, but not for him. Lucky that this fool didn't kill somebody else!

Way too much speeding up on 495. State Police do nothing about it

I agree on the previous posts. But if you really think about it, everyone is always distracted by something, not just by texting. Eating, drinking, reading, listening, site-seeing, rubber-necking are all sorts of distractions while driving. Then there's the d-bag who cuts you off using no directionals at all and expects you to slow down and cut you off. Who knows what this kid was doing when that happened. My condolences to his family and friends.

The man died... how rude to assume why or how he lost control of his car... he's dead. Have some respect.

sounds like the idiot that came blowing past me at 90-100 mph in the breakdown lane on 495 n in tewksbury last week. sorry but he caused his own death with his stupid actions... sure he is dead but he didn't have any respect for anyone else due to the way he was driving, why should we have any respect for him?

I'm sure that the folks with the cruel comments would make their mothers proud. Show some common human decency.

I like many out here have driven on 495 for decades...thousands of times. My car has never flipped on it's roof or rolled over. The road is fine but the drivers are not.

If people whitewash why these accidents happen nobody will ever learn from them.
