1st grade teacher having an affair with student's father

yes, myself and many others in town, teachers included are fully aware of this woman's actions. Her husband just left her for another woman and she did the same to her best friend. She planted herself in their home like a snake and turned them against each other. she shouldnt even be teaching...very scary that our kids are being taught by a woman with no moral values!!!!

DISGUSTING! I couldnt beleive it when i found out which first grade teacher it was, if you saw her you would think she was miss goody two shoes! The best part is that she attempted to get pregnant so that she could finish destroying that family. Luckily the man had enough sence to realize that she was a crazy floozy and his wife was kind enough to forgive him and try to work things out. Shame on you Mrs......!!!!

Warwick, NY , because you are a very negative person, people make mistakes, it is not like she murdered someone or molested a child, what happened is out of school, has nothing to do what she is teaching at that school. take your chip off your shoulder and allow mistakes, people screw up we arent all perfect. Look outside your doors there are more problems then this gossip crap on topix, it is supposed to be about your neighborhood, what is happening around town, wonderful things not gossip crap, grow up and pay attention to your own .

"understanding & forgiving"! I happen to knwo these two women very well and one of them opened the doors of her home to a friend when her husband left her for another woman. Mrs. Teacher didnt only sleep with her husband, but tried turning her 7 & 9 year old against her...does this seem like a role model teacher to you??? Lets put it this way, when a principal pulls you from your position and prohibits you from having any contact with a student, trust me you the affair was the least of this mental case's issues!

A mistake is an action that is done once, by accident not premidetated. It seems to me like this woman is a peice of work; i dont live in town yet I heard it from people in the schools. I agree with amazed and verenonres, she is disgusting and in my opinion people should know what she did. sorry

I have to agree with Janice on this one. This site is not suppose to be used for gossip of this type. In any event, yes this woman may have slept with someone's father / husband. However, the task takes two. She did not do it alone the husband / father was also a party and there doesn't seem to be any comment about his actions which is very sad (he was the married one). She is the only one being prosecuted here. Everyone except Janice seems to be acting as if she slept with a student. My God people, people have affairs, marital problems, etc. These are personal family matters and problems and should not be on this message board. If it were your family you would not want people posting their opinions like this.

Completely Amazed is how I felt reading your hateful words. The reformation was long ago folks. How are you making out with that scarlet letter? Make it as big as possible so she can wear it to work. No more witch hunts please. This really is none, and I mean none of your business. Do you think that because she works with children that an affair is relevant? Should we try to get all people that have affairs fired? You think she is teaching her class how to cheat? It has no affect on the children she teaches other than those directly involved and the only way it reflects badly on the school is when hateful people try to spread nasty things in that community. We live in a country that teaches tolerance and understanding. Concerned parent is exactly right. People make mistakes. I know this teacher and she is an excellent educator and I know the school values her a great deal. As for being removed from her position that is a joke. She is teaching as well today as she ever did. Do me a favor. Get a hobby.

For a godly woman i'm surprised at the behavior of this so called victim. "Vengence is mine saith the Lord" not yours. Look at all the best friends your husband had affairs with and its always the womans fault? This is # 4 isn't it? Were they all snakes? What kind of people do you bring home anyway? There is always a story with two sides. You may want to ask God what you are or are not doing to create this upset in your home and stop blaming everyone else. Stoppppp the bashing. First I want to ask anyone making these comments against this teacher to stop. When I found out today that these conversations were going on, I didnt like it. I can imagine that you are friends of mine that are probably angered by what has happened, but I have to agree with the other comments and instead of accusing, simply try to move on with our lives. I want to clear a couple of things and this will be my first and last comment regardign this PRIVATE matter. This teacher WAS removed from the teaching position she had that involved direct contact with my child, she continues to teach first grade. This was at my request due to reasons that have no point in discussing. To her mother (unhappy parent), I completely understand you defending her and dont blame you, but please dont throw rocks at me, you know better than anyone that i dont deserve it. I am not a "godly" woman, i simply believe in God and try my hardest to be a good person. My main concern are my children and my home and I had lost that for a very long time becuase I was consumed with helping your daugher.
I hope you find peace and burry your anger, but if you want to be angry, be angry with the deserving party.

I must assume since you were so quick to quote the bible and assuming that you are this woman's parent, why didnt you quote the part about adultry? Shame on you for using God's name to justify your daughter's behavior! I completely agree that a person shouldn't loose their job over an affair, but when you work with children and in a town district you absolutely need to care enough for your reputation. She may be an excellent educator, but Bill Clinton was a better president yet no one thought about bringing his "affair" public! It seems to me that this woman saw a family that was going through a tough time and took advantage of the situation! I tell you what, as a parent I would not want this teacher teaching my son!!

OMG - if this is the parent of the teacher, SHAME ON YOU. Stop it now! Have you no shame? Didn't you actually throw your daughter out of your house when you found out about what she had done? Then why are you now blaming one of the nicest people in town? How can it be the wife's fault? She didn't ask for this. If this is the parent of the teacher, you are sick. Her husband did not leave her for another woman. Is that what she said? He left her because she's demented. she is evil. I would not want any of my love ones any where near that vile woman.
