So that I won't have so much coming out of one check, I pay 300.00 every two weeks. Which gives an extra 80.00 to my payments each month. I was told that I cant make partial payments and if I mail them like that they may be returned. Really? Im paying more every month and cant do that. Makes no since to me. What I REALLY HATE about this company. They start calling after 4days late. You dont get a late fee til after10. Even when I give them my card info. They call every. Single day til its time to take it out. They need to find a better way of doing things.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH. IVE NEVER SEEN WHERE EVERY CAR LOT YOU GO TO GOES OUT OF BUSINESS AND YOURE STUCK WITH A VEHICLE THAT YOU CANT DRIVE DUE TO THE FACT YOU CANT GET ANY PLATES. NOT ONLY THAT THEY STILL WANT YOU TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU CANT DRIVE. THEY LIE ABOUT CALLING YOU BACK AND THEY TRY TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT

I've had car problems with my car and I had to pay $2300 for car repairs. After paying to have it repaired it is still doing the same thing, so I decided to do a voluntary surrender. I called and told them what I wanted to do and it has been almost three weeks now, and the car is still sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to pick up. They continue to call me everyday about the car payment. In the past they were good to work with but as it stands today, I would not recommend anyone to use this company. I don't know what part of come and pick this car up that they dont understand.

I am going to call and report them for harassment because they call me everyday and sometimes several times a day.

They call way to much and I thought I was the only one having problems. The dealership I bought car from closed and they know nothing about it

I have been making my payments since March of 2012. All of a sudden in September of 2013 they have stopped reporting to the credit bureaus. The only reason I did this was to have another positive on my credit. I could have gotten the same results from a tote the note. But the upside is that with everything else that I have been doing since then, I was able to purchase a brand new vehicle from a reputable dealership with financing at a fraction of the interest through a major bank.

They expect you to hold up your end of the agreement, but do not hold up their side.

I surrendered my vehicle as well to them due to repairs couldn't be made correctly by the mechanic. It's been over a 9 months since we gave the car back and they have not reported it as a repossession. Do I need to notify them or what?

Y'all were more than likely financed through that company or the dealerships they're working with because of your piss poor credit history. Repairs? Correct if me if I'm wrong, but you chose the vehicle. Lesson learned people

I have worked in auto collections for years and have NEVER seen so many unprofessional people in 1 building. I purchased a vehicle with Cooper Car Center but was never advised that these unprofessional people would touch my loan. I have paid on time each month, etc. I was 3 days late due to my vehicle being in the shop and having rental car expenses. This lady Ms. Clark contacts me telling me I needed to pay or they would disable my car. I advised her that I would make a double payment the coming up Friday which it was already Tuesday evening. She told me she would not accept my arrangement and states that she can just pick up my car. I felt it was kind of strange because I only owed 185.00 and my car had never been behind. So I mentioned to her that my vehicle was wrecked and in the shop so she demanded the shop location to pick up my vehicle and I refused to give her info on my vehicle to pick up my car for being 3 days late.

The next day she found out where my car was located and contacted the shop to tell them that I committed fraud and they needed to pick up the vehicle. She told them that I was behind on my car note and refused to pay, etc. That is against the law. They called me and advised and also advised that she disabled the car and they could not complete the repairs. Then she went a step further to contact my insurance company and advised them that the car was in an accident and I committed fraud by not having the check in the lien holders name. I was in an accident with a commercial company that decided to release the check with my name and the body shop's name. I had no control over that. Ms Clark contacted the 3rd party insurance, my insurance, and the body shop in a rude manner. She violated me personally and violated FDCPA. I have done a BBB complaint and I will not stop until something is resolved.

And by choosing that vehicle that is their business and not yours and you know where you've been but you don't know where your going, so don't be so freaking judgmental when it comes to other peoples finances and credit issue. For all we know your credit could be crap as well, so until you know what that person is going through keep your comments to yourself smarty pants (to put it mildly).

YOU REALLY NEED TO MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS AND WORRY ABOUT YOUR OWN. I REALLY HOPE THAT YOU ARE NOT PUT IN A POSITION WHERE YIU CAN5 PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME BECAUSE YIU WOULDNT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT BECAUSE YOUR WEAK MINDED. don't use this company they charge a fee to pay your bill, online or by phone they call it a convenience fee ( their way to make more money) Bonfire will also put you on a rotary dial so they can call you 20 times a day.

Im always ahead of my car payment. Because I have been paying more each month. You call me the day my payment is due and payment has already came out. I used the word late because I work for an auto finance company. And you dont call your customers when they are on time OR have payments in the system. Which is why they will be sending me my title soon. For all the harassment and doing things ass backwards. I guess the good thing about it is I dont have to deal with them anymore.

Haha. Such a comedian! I'm sure you have nothing better to do with your time or life, than to judge and make fun of others, especially when they have legit concerns.

It's not asking too much of a company to cease collection attempts, ESPECIALLY when a payment arrangement has already been made. That is a blatant disregard and violation of your rights and FDCPA laws.

I paid a car off through this so called finance company and it has never been reported on my credit. I called them to ask why and all they do is say "it should be reported"...I just checked again and still nothing. Not even sure what to do...My mom has a current open auto loan and it is not being reported either and she had the car a year now.
