I think if these men are being charged with these accusations, it is only fair that the name of the Law Firm and the Lawyer's name need to be on the news as well.

I am a retired chiropractor. Most PI cases seen by chiropractors are patients who think they can make a quick buck from an insurance settlement. Of course, they're mistaken since most of the time the settlement wasn't worth the effort of going in for multiple treatments. Most are not hurt that bad and exaggerate their disability. What a shock. I did accept some PI cases during my years of practice, but I can tell you one thing: I never treated the person who CAUSED the accident. The number one cause of bodily injury in this country is auto insurance. Can you blame the lawyers? I don't know. I think it's simply overall greed by everyone involved in the case.
