Here's what a Democratic Governor had to say about it:

Gov. Martin O'Malley, of Maryland.

Democratic Gov. Martin O’Malley of Maryland, who is considered a possible contender for president in 2016, bucked other Obama surrogates on Sunday, saying that the country was not better off now than it was four years ago.

On CBS's Face the Nation, host Bob Schieffer asked:“Can you honestly say that people are better off today than they were four years ago?”

Responded O’Malley:“No, but that's not the question of this election. The question, without a doubt, we are not as well off as we were before George Bush brought us the Bush job losses, the Bush recession, the Bush deficits, the series of desert wars -- charged for the first time to credit cards, the national credit card.”

Quipped Schieffer:“George Bush is not on the ballots.”

You know your party is toast when even their leaders are admitting things stink! Newest poll today: Romney 48% Obama 44%

EVERY President comes into office with a mess. Obama isn't the first and he's going to leave Romney with a mess. But I'll bet that Romney won't whine, cry & moan for 4 years about how it's all "Obama's fault".

Leaders are supposed to lead us, fix problems and inspire us. Obama hasn't done any of these...

he might of left a mess, but Obama hadn't done anything to fix it, he's only made a bigger mess.

Clinton left a mess, Carter left a mess, so what? A President is elected b/c he asked for the job!!! Would we elect someone if they said "Now I'm gonna b*tch and cry for the first 4 years"? And what would Obama do if he's re-elected (very doubtful) and things are still the same? I'm betting he'd still be blaming somebody else!

He asked for the job and ADMITTED that if he had not fixed things by the end of his first term he wouldn't be re-elected! His own words! Let's hold him to it!!!

After his speech last nite i would vote for him if he was running. But, the two that are running will not get my vote. I will vote for a third party canidate. I am an independent cause the dems. and the repbu. don't know what its like to be living paycheck to paycheck and they never will. They can talk the talk but they will never understand.

despite what Barry says, we are NOT in a better position. his actions have wiped us out...personally and the county and country.
we can only expect worst if he gets back in the office.
if he thinks he can stand on his failures and is voted in, the those who vote for him are not very intelligent.

The rest of the country is doing well? 42 straight months of 8% unemployment, average household income went down 10% under Obama, RECORD numbers on Food Stamps, health care costs skyrocketing in advance of ObamaCare, home foreclosures at record levels, gas prices are DOUBLE when Obama took office, etc.

Oh yeah, things are just peachy out here...

Apparently you are one of the many who don't believe in fact checking, since you facts are blatant lies.

Why would you vote for him anyway, if you already know he will run this country in the ground and get rich doing it? Does stupidity run in your family?
