Police record indicates that tomica resisted arrest. My question is, why didn't she get charged for it? WTF is going on here? If she was black , they would have beat her down to the ground!!!!! This is such bull.

So it was a hit and run, resisting arrest, refusing a breath test, refusing a sobriety test.... oh yeah, if they give her bail, she's going to run.

I dont know the family .. i dont know the girl... What i know is the madia do a good job in this case .... If was a homeless for sure no body cares.... worse things happen in miami and nobody talks about them.... And every one make a big deal this situation.. this is not the first time this think happen...you people.know everything just bc the.media bc they found a girl to push a big story " bc she is a party princess " .. i have 80% sure that every single girl in USA 20 years old.. they like.people.called like.that....
