Magna Entertainment Corp. filed for bankruptcy protection Thursday and essentially put all its racetracks up for sale, including Gulfstream Park Casino & Racing in Hallandale Beach .

If you want to blame anyone ask Commissioner London why he worked so hard to sabatoge the entire project. Why would Commissioner London vote NO on something that would be for the good of his city?
