Attorney Joe Cotchett, whose firm is representing Surfrider, said the gate to Martins Beach still hasn't been reopened and is convinced Vinod Khosla will elevate the case to the U.S. Supreme Court. A proposed law aimed at forcing open the gates to Martins Beach is a step closer to landing on the governor's desk.
