Martins Beach bill bounces forward
Attorney Joe Cotchett, whose firm is representing Surfrider, said the gate to Martins Beach still hasn't been reopened and is convinced Vinod Khosla will elevate the case to the U.S. Supreme Court. A proposed law aimed at forcing open the gates to Martins Beach is a step closer to landing on the governor's desk.

Vinod should gather up his earthly possessions, close his U.S. Bank Accounts and migrate right back to India where he came from. Perhaps he can wrest control of beachfront over there. Such an ass. He's a loser...
