Court upholds teacher's firing over Facebook posting
A New Jersey appellate panel has upheld the decision to fire a tenured first-grade teacher who wrote that she was a "warden for future criminals" in a Facebook posting.

She had no right to say that about her students if thats how she thinks she shouldn't be teaching small children. I wouldn't want my kids to be called future criminals i hope she pays dearly for her stupidity a

We need to work to make sure what she said is not true in future. Sadly some of it is true but I agree a teacher shouldn'tsay it ---it also is a example of how dangerous texting, e-mailing, facebooking etc. is-YOU CAN LOOSE YOUR JOB! Or worse. Teachers, Cops, Firemen, Politicians and Clergy are targets. They need to heed the advice of older folks-forget about all there gadgets and stay employed!
