Review: Mixcat Computers

I use Mixcat Computers for all my virus and data recovery needs. They have helped me out of a couple tight spots. I couldn't afford to hire an IT guy for our office but with Mixcat Computers its like having my own personal IT guy without having to have them on payroll. They are super affordable and the two owners always work with us. We love them.

These folks agreed to have my computer fixed before a set date, when I flew out for the holidays. They took extra money for expidited repair and asked me to pay FedEx extra for shipping.

They got my laptop, didn't do anything with it for three days, did not complete repairs in time and still demanded the extra money during payment.

Do not use their service, they are terrible.

Followup: The company's internal note-tracking software emails all of their notes to the customer, including crabby notes about me and some crying about my reviews on sites like this one. They are almost certainly the source of the downvoate on my review.

Stay classy, mixcat. Everyone else, stay away.

It seems you're just spamming and try to deface this business, sorry to say this but it seems your comments are clearly clueless. I will vouch for this service as i have personally used to it more than once and have received the same service always, which is satisfactory!

Thank you, i am very pleased with their services and i would gladly recommend it to anyone i know (though i have already done that). The fact that they know what they are doing can put you at a relief knowing you are in safe hands!

Not have i had my two laptops fixed from them i also got some data recovery which was quality at its best! I can also recommend their Remote troubleshooting help which i have used more than once to solve pc related issues (mostly virus related) and i couldn't be more pleased, so Thank you Mixcat-Computers!

No one is estalking you, but you are clearly spamming the internet out of spite. Typically people call in before they create a support ticket. The next step is for you to document your phone conversation/requests in your ticket after you opened it, so we can better assist you. The ticketing system is there for both of our benefits, and helps us to keep all of our customers happy. If you created your ticket BEFORE calling, and our phone support help failed to document your request in your ticket, then you should have spoken to his Superior, instead of slamming the whole company over the internet. The owner tried to speak to you, but you refused. Everything posted in your ticket (of which system we designed and created), is for organizational and legal purposes in that we are able to quickly access customer repair history if need be. We are well aware of you being copied on all external posts which consist of emails & documented phone calls ect. Overall, this helps us to address any possible issues and improve our company.

I am not sure what happened to the "Guy who got swindled" in CA and I hate that something came up that he was not happy with.

All I can say is nothing but great things about Mixcat Computers in Kissimmee, FL!

I am a senior IT Consultant in Tennessee with ~25yrs of hardcore experience and have been doing business with Mixcat Computers personnel for years and have not had any problems with them at all. I recommend any and all motherboard work to them and have never had a single complaint from any of my clients.

I just picked up 2 repaired laptops from them .. They were very helpful and so much better then all the other companies I have tried in the past. I can't recommend them enough. I referred friends to Mixcat and they were pleased too.

Sorry folks but this company is absolutely horrible. The worst costumer service I've ever encountered, PERIOD! I just want my fricken laptop back. It's been in their hands since October and to date, I still have nothing. I purchased a replacement board from a third party through them, had it shipped to them and I have nothing to show for it. Do not send your computer to this company for repair! If I lived in Florida, I would just go and get the thing back but I'm across the country so it's not exactly convenient to do so. Rob seems real nice on the phone, but he is full of empty promises.

This is my 2nd repair from Mixcats Kissimmee shop and they did a super job. Always super polite and knowledgeable. I paid less for the repair of my laptop then others has quoted me in the past. They are tops and I will keep going back.

At least they respond to you! Read my post! Sent them $$ and no repair no refund no laptop. They certainly have put me in a tight spot which I do not appreciate!

I would stay away from this company and Kissimmee. If you don't get robbed in the parking lot the business owner will rob you.
