Review: Fabulous Firewood

I prepaid for delivery on Friday with the promise that I would receive delivery on Sunday. I didn't. When I asked when I would receive my wood I was told they couldn't give me an answer - that I just didn't "understand the firewood business." I understood I had paid for a product that I hadn't received. I was told I would receive my money back the next day. I didn't. I prepaid because I was told the owner couldn't meet his payroll if I didn't. Maybe if you pay when delivered its a good deal. I did receive a refund two days later - but I'm still without wood.
