Well this might be a problem if he is testing at 120IQ...that would be almost double the required rating needed too apply for HPD

At 120 he is smater than the staff and most doctors.

This guy need to run for governor. He victimizes weaker people, simulates oral sex, and refuses to take his medication. Sounds a lot like Hawaiian politics.

Get him on his meds and elect him to the state Senate.

Grabbing the crotch is termed a "genital display" by people who study apes, a dominance signal that means-submit or else. He must have terrified his family and been an unpredictable "space case" to share a house with.

One would think that in a situation like this, a "fast track" approach would be taken by the courts, especially after reading his record.

They should take this guy out of the state hospital and throw him into OCCC or Halawa and let it be known to other prisoners that he is a pedophile. Stick him into the general prison population and let they other prisoners teach him a lesson and then we'll see how tough he think he is.

His IQ of a 120 means he fooled the court system to get aquitted and thrown into the state hospital. This pedophile is now loose in the community, and we all know that curing this type of individual is fruitless. He will offend again its just a matter of time. I just hope when he does he does not kill a child. This is a island and how he has eluded capture for so many days indicate he is getting some help somewhere. The community must be alert and help the police to capture this person. The Hawaii state prison has had others walk away before. This tells me that their security barriors are not sufficient to hold these types of people.

It is fascinating that this gentleman scaled the newly-built, million-dollar fence. More of these useless fences are going up around the rest of the hospital. For what? They don't prevent escapes, except by the wheel-chair bound and physically disabled. Where are the razor-wire fences?

What kind of milk did he throw at the staff member? Whole fat is nasty; maybe he wanted soy.

The governor will probably say that it's not her fault that she ended the state security detail at the State Hospital and the State Laboratory. Maybe he can stop in at the Lab while he is out on his excursian, maybe while there he can check in at the nearby sex offender treatment center, which also has no security, there are plenty of vacant buildings there that he can hide out in, plus with the schools in nearby proximity there will be plenty of potential victims.

An escape? Hummmmmmm, well the patients tie bed sheets together and just climb out the widows then hot-wire the state pickup trucks. They joy ride all over town then whenever they get tired they drive back to the hospital, but first they stop by the local liquor store and get a few pints of liquor.
A few really bad off patients climb over the fence and then get lost. They wonder around and around in circles until their found dehydrated and lost or dead. Yes I do believe the state workers don't have a clue about these things and I have to laugh because once you think about it you have to ask, who really is in charge? There are some very smart patients over there yet there called crazy because they have no money. If they had money they would be called; genius.

That's why he ended up in the nuthouse, he also thinks he's smarter than everyone else. Anyways, my guess is he's off-island by now, probrably by a small boat to Maui, then out of state, assisted by family members.
