The reason that they had such a hard time filling this position was because no one wants to work for the idiots on the Supervisors Board. They are too dumb to figure that out. Or is it the people that elected them? If you would not have canned one of the most promising Township mamagers that the county has ever seen, you wouldn't be having this problem ! Shame on you supervisors. Antrim Township is paying the price now for these bad decisions.

what promising manager are you talking you talking about? old buddy ben? what a waste of money and space he was. canning him was the best thing that could have happened. whenever you asked him any questions and he felt like he was being backed into a corner he would say this conversation is over and walk out. nice way to deal with the public. glad he is gone. and good luck to the new hire.

Sounds like the job is now similar to the one in 2008 and earlier. Then the California "expert" said the person should be out in the field more. That didn't work with the new hire and things have not gone well since the massive firings.(things are not as smooth behind closed doors as the public would think). we'll see how long this guy can stand it.

Mr. Davis:

Congrats on your new gig.
Now don't forget your hard hat and combat gear.

Keep watching the news folks - this gets even more interesting now, lol.

Can't believe they couldn't find anyone in Antrim Township to fill the position.
There are a lot of qualified people locally that could have filled this position.
Why go out of state ?

Yeah, can't believe what's his name Fridgen didn't apply, he seems to be dipping his fingers in all the pies in town. Oh, that's right, he's not a local either.

I saw the three adds in the paper. The first listing was in June! And all the adds were different. One asked for an engineer, another wanted hands on experience....what a joke! The supervisors could't even figure out what they wanted!
Good luck Davis...stay tuned...this will get good.

Kinda feel bad for this poor bastard working for Baer, Miller, Myers, & Young. What a real "circle jerk" they have Antrim Twp into.
