Why would the mother have to leave the country? She is an American citizen. You are clueless.
The poster assumes Heather will want to live with Pedro in Mexico. If so, she'd follow him to Mexico where there's no welfare program, free medical care, WIC, PA Access cards.

It now seems abundantly clear that the late comedian Pat Paulsen was right when he said that "all of America's problems today can be traced to the unenlightened immigration policies of the American Indian."
It's enough to make me ashamed to be a descendant of people from the same continent as those who landed at Plymouth Rock in the Mayflower in 1620.
Ironically, I just finished watching a UTube video which urged voters on Tuesday to not let Hope be outvoted by Hate.
Best wishes, Heather and family!

No, Heather stated she would go back with him. Nobody assumed anything. So now we have an American with 3 kids to an illegal. Just lovely. We'll be paying to keep her and these 3 anchor babies regardless of what happens to this illegal. I feel for the kids because they are the only innocent ones in this mess.

If this illegal truly wanted to be legal he would have started the naturalization process long before now and he would not have stolen someone else's identity if he truly wanted to be a U.S. citizen. I think it's funny that he bought an ID of a fugitive from justice! I just love karma!

Wasn't there a lot of people way back when that came into this country as "illegal aliens"? Why is it okay for someone to come here from other countries but not mexico? I don't get it. Someone please explain. We all have family that came here from other countries, well except if your indian. And also, you know, if it weren't for these "illegal aliens" them damn apples would stay on the trees, cause you know not one of you white folks would go pick them off the trees cause that would be to much like work for ya. Oh yea and before ya all get started commenting cause i said "white folk"...ummm I'm white. Not always proud of it when I read or hear people putting down someone that don't have the same color skin as us.
Yea Im white and I have picked apples here and oranges in florida and all kinds of hard nasty jobs just to survive so dont be judging people because of race theres alot of white americans struggling in this country as is other races.

This is only ONE illegal you are hearing about with fake documents, there are probably another 1,000 out there with the brass " eggs" to come to our Country illegally and try to scam the American Government.. Illegal means just that ... NOT LEGAL.. Try being illegal in another Country, your American butt would be on the next plane to the states.

And......... if I was this wife and mother, I would be embarrassed to have this article written in the local paper. It is not getting her sympathy, she knew she married an illegal, now deal with the consequences!! I only feel for the Children...

I am not picking on this guy because of his nationality or his race. It's the fact that he is illegal and bought a stolen ID, got arrested because of his illegal activity, and now his "wife" is whining about it. I wouldn't care if this man picked boogers for a living as long as he did it legally! Once again I say karma is wonderful!

'Oh what tangled webs we weave....when first we practice to deceive' Sorry if I sound unsympathetic, but the dude is here illegally, has 3 children under 3 knowing his situation. I think his 'wife/girlfriend, whatever, has the right idea, she should just follow him back to Mexico.

Let me tell you a little story.

A friend of a friend went to Mexico. He was in a little store. Behind the counter on the wall was a map of PA. On the map was a big star on Chambersburg. This friend told the clerk he is from Chambersburg. He then asked why the star? The Mexican clerk said...FREE...everything free. Medical and everything. Everyone goes there. True story.
Also.....If it's true he is here illegally I would still say to the wife if she does have real proof of who he is don't give the documents up to the authorities as you'll never see them again and none of the mess will ever be resolved. Get an attorney....heck that's probably free too!

I just wanted to check and see how many bigots have already posted their holier than thou comments this morning. I knew Franklin County would be full of hate mongers who would attack the woman. He is Mexican and here working to support his family, so that makes him and his family evil, right.
Sick em you bunch of hypocrites. Run em out of town on a rail. Maybe you all can gather at her house and force her on a bus back to Mexico. Don't forget to kick the kids in the **** on their way out of town.
we (yes you because im sure you pay taxes), wouldnt be supporting this family if he wouldnt have came here illegaly in the first place. the 3 kids wouldnt exist and there would never have been a dispute on who was who! it all boils down to him being a illegal citizen. end of story

Has Heather ever been to Mexico...to the poverty-stricken place where Pedro ran away from? Does she grasp the culture shock she will undergo if she goes to Mexico? If she really understood where she and the children would be living, she might think twice. Heather may not be anywhere near the sharpest knife in the drawer.

How much is all of this costing the american citizens. Im tired of working to pay for public defenders, room & board, etc. etc. etc. for someone breaking the law that wants us to feel sorry for him / them. Is it any wonder we are always in the red. If I go to Mexico will they give me free medical, dental, food, etc. etc. and then a lawyer to fight for more rights?
