Now did he get this staph infection in prison or somewhere else? Does it matter? Prisons are crime schools and now they are the incubator for infectious dieases? Throwing large numbers of prisoners into a mass of germy steaming flesh and the breeding grounds for future dieases will spring forward from this black hole of Calcutta into mainstream as prisoners return home or walk the streets shedding new germs unto an unwary population. Clean up these damned places!

Im an officer who is currently out of work with the MRSA staff infection and there are a lot of officers who ae getting this staff infection and there is an officer right now who is fighting with the retirment board for a accidental retirement due to staff infection thst this officer contracted from the job and there needs to be a thorough investigation into this matter because there are a lot of officers getting this staff infection and some are very serious . please keep this email address confident because if she finds out that i emailed this to you through email she would be upset , I'am freind of hers and if this informationgets out to the state it could hinder ability in getting her retirement but the public need s to know and the state should be held accountible for this becuase , I worry about my relative and cncern that she could be the next person as sick as the correctional officer who is laying in Johns Hopkins Hospital right know because she is still dealing with the horrible staff infection!

my husband contacted it in prison also and they failed to treat him till it was really bad now he he had to have it cut out and he goes to the 2nd floor hospital everynight to get it unpacked and packed again.no the jails are a nasty envirnoment and i think the medial personel should all be fired.oh wait the bitch got fired after treating me like crap on the phone go figure.

As a former deputy sheriff I can say this stuff was in prisons years ago. It was passed from Kalifornia prisons from illegal immigrants.

From what I hear from people working in law enforcement, sanitation in the jails is very poor. According to corrections staff, "very few inmates wash their hands after using the restrooms and a lot of them are sloppy in the way they use the restrooms" and they have a point. Influenza viruses can grow in certain places due to laxness in sanitation standards.

MY BROTHER IS IN RCI AND JUST GOT NEWS HE HAS STAFF INFECTION AND IF THEY DON'T HELP HIM AND GET HIM TREATED I WILL HAVE WJZ NEWS THERE BY MORNING SOME PEOPLE R IN THERE FOR THE DUMBEST THING AND OTHER DO REAL CRIMES AND COME STRAIGHT HOME....WELL AS A TAX PAYER IN MARYLAND MY MONEY GOES TO HIS TREATMENT SO SOME1 HAS A MAD SISTER ON THERE HANDS AND MY BABY BROTHER BETTER BE TAKEN CARE OFF ASAP
