Md. delegate resigns amid FBI probe
“It would be inappropriate to speculate”
A state delegate whose home was searched by authorities last month announced today that he will resign from office.
Del. Robert A. McKee, a Washington County Republican, said that authorities searched his Hagerstown home Jan. 31 and seized his personal computer, 'including images that are available on the Internet.'
McKee, who also announced that he would resign as executive director of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Washington County, said he intends to enter treatment and has instructed his attorney to cooperate with law enforcement officials.
