Group acquires land for park
METAMORA, Ind. - It took five years and much paperwork, but the Whitewater Canal Byway Association now owns 33 acres that will become an interpretive center for the history of the entire Whitewater River valley.

They should look at the mess under US 52 bridge where the sewage treatment plant dumped all the sludge.
It's no wonder they don't want anyone to know about it. Who wants to visit a town with stinking sludge under the bridge? It might make it hard to get that grant!
