Unless they bring back the buffet, this place won't last.

The Buffet was fine, just the help that was screwing it up, was the problem.

WILLIE & REDS SUCKS!!! I've been there, they are terrible. I will never, ever go back. The food, staff, and management are terrible! Waste of time and money.

My family and I ate at Willie & Reds Friday night..the food was very good and the service was great.
We will go back and think everyone should give them a try.

I've been there twice. There will not be a third time. Same problem, they just can't get it together. I'm not throwing my hard earned money away again.

My first time there will be my last. ALthough the food was decent, nothing to rave about, the service was absolutely horrid. The server was personable, but the wait time for the food was insane-- 1 hour and 10 minutes before we had our meals, which were (of course) cold. After bringing it to the manager's attention, she came over to say that the beverages would be removed from our bill... a whopping $5. Hey, thanks for that! I didn't expect to have the entire meal paid for, but shouldn't something else have been done? Something to make it seem as though they care about us as customers. Other tables (of 4 or 2, with different servers) seemed to enjoy their food, and be really happy with the service. Could it have been a fluke? Yes. But it didn't leave me a good impression.

Willie and Reds did get off to a slow start but I have been back many times and the both the food and service was great. I challange those who may have had an early on less than favorable experience to re-visit.
