Collins admits to shooting

David Dewayne Collins was charged with first-degree murder Sept. 30 and additional charges of first-degree arson and possession of a firearm after former felony convictions were added Oct.

Since Collins confessed to LE, why doesn't he just plead guilty and get to serving his time?! No need to waste the Courts time, nor taxpayers money defending him!
