There is a better way to combat insomnia without the use of prescription drugs and their often-dangerous side effects. SOMNIENCE is the first and only 8-HOUR brainwave therapy CD with ambient sleep music. SOMNIENCE is an alternative to sleeping pills and other prescription drugs.

SOMNIENCE is unique on a couple of levels. First, all sleep music CDs already on the market last about one hour. They may help you fall asleep but after that you are on your own. SOMNIENCE is the first CD that lasts all night long - 8-hours.

Second, most existing sleep CDs feature only one brainwave pattern, usually delta waves since they are present during the deepest sleep. Research shows, however, that your brainwave patterns vary greatly over the course of 8 hours. SOMNIENCE contains brainwave entrainment pulses that match your normal brainwave patterns over a full, healthy night's sleep.

Third, SOMNIENCE is an MP3CD, one continuous, slowly evolving 8-hour lullaby. The CD plays in any standard DVD player or CD player with MP3 capabilities. It is also easily transferred to iTunes and loaded into an iPod or other MP3 player.

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Aries

Christmas Eve finds you happy and eager to get the most out of the day. You're in a rather sentimental mood, so if you've got time you'll relish the chance to watch a favourite film, especially if it means you've got to get out the hankies. A friend's kindness or sensitivity will delight you - and make you wonder how you can reciprocate.
