So the LCSO will patrol on the four wheelers tracking people with drugs, money late at night. That's why the border patrol works there. LCSO has no business doing at midnight over there unless they are short in ther pockets

With Columbus's situation the best bet is to not only have the LCSO down there patrolling, but to also have the Border Patrol, the State Police and the National Guard there as well. Then all areas will be covered and law and order will be established and set.

The violence, murders, killings, etc happening across the border (and so close to home) warrant all the law enforcement and security Columbus can get at this time.

<quoted text>What part of Luna County do you not understand. Luna County is not just Deming. Luna County entails a larger area outside of Deming. I agree that Columbus needs to have their own police force and maybe the new police chief Smith was better than Vega, but in a financial crisis or for the time being, the new mayor is looking where to make ends meet. Maybe when Columbus's finances get back to normal, she will rehire Derek. but the LCSO should also be patrolling there like it or not.
Chief Derek hugged Sergeant Valenzuela they bothed cried for Vega in Court. Derek was very close to vega and the Gutierrez family. He has a record.
