These people need to be audited, the dont even have their money in american accounts, they are sending the money back home and are not paying their taxes. In response to Indian Watcher's post. I have also witnessed several of them using thier tax-exempt status to purchase personal items at Walmart. The tax-exempt card is for making purchases on items to be resold in there stores. At 2:00 am purchasing celery and romance novels, not items available at there stores.
