that truck driver needs his lic.suspended and thrown in jail..he was going to fast for conditions.he needs to be made an example of.all these trukers including farmers and even farm tractors go way to fast around here.

Ill tell you the same thing I said in the other thread, Mr Baughman was not in the wrong. She was going too fast for conditions and swerved into his lane. He was in no was at fault. The conditions were bad that day. I remember traveling through there earlier that day.

you can tell me all you want..55 is to fast as you just stated the conditions were bad.mr baughman did not die.a mother and child did.because he chose to travel to fast for conditions had he slowed as he encountered the bad conditions there is a chance this tragedy would have been avoided.but,because of his carelessness we will never know...fry him....put him away...all the truckers around drive like they own the road,time to make and example......

I must have missed where it said he was traveling at 55. How fast was the mother going?
