President Obama. He is letting our troops down by not supporting/delaying the request by Gen McCrystel. He approved his appointment to command the forces in Afganistan and know not giving him the tools to finish the job.
The troops deserve better.

Nowhere Man18, You are right -- Obama is doing a disserve to our troops and our country. God Bless Our Troops!!!!!!
