Come on folks, overall, did the Guntersville Electric Bd. do a good good job having the power system in good shape to withstand the last snowstorm ?? Hats off to the folks who kept ahead of the tree trimming and maintenance to keep the power on. One only has to think of past storms ,especially the 1960 storm,to appreciate their work. Still, don't let your guard down. Each family should have emergency plans and supplies. It might happen again in weeks to come.
