Anyone know who was involved in the terrible wreck in Arab over the weekend? It looked really bad. Hope everyone is ok.

If you are talking about the one with the two women from Guntersville...passenger died and driver still in life threatening condition. The lady who died is Magurita Havis and the other lady name is Cynthia Bentley. Please pray for the families!

My friend is the manager at the dollar tree said they were suspected of shoplifting there and when confronted my employees the two ladies ran from the store and got into their car and in leaving the parking they hit another car. The two then left the scene of that wreck and proceeded down mount oak where they lost control of their vehicle and the vehicle rolled ejecting both women.

You are one sick individual. I am SURE that you have never made any mistakes in your life! There was a loss of life here and another on life support...I'll bet you thought this was the way their families wanted to know details of the accident! I'd be willing to bet your kids(or grandkids) have NEVER done anything in their lives...probably PERFECT LITTLE ANGELS!

MISTAKE????? If that story is really true,it was NOT a mistake. it was someone exibiting total disregard of our laws and paying the ultimate price.Lets wait for the final police report, but don't try to sugarcoat the story in the meantime.

Well I am sure the families already knew the details thank you very much. And yes everyone has done wrong in their life it just seems that some people learn from their mistakes faster than others. It is sad that one had to die and one is in the hospital but THEY made the choice to do what THEY did its nobodys fault but THEIR own.

No "sugarcoating" here, Mr. Thomas! Just respect for the families involved...her children and grandchildren who have to live with this pain and loss of loved one. Regardless of circumstances, I give the family my respect and condolences!

First, let me apologize for seeming so "defensive" in my first comment. Yes, it was very rude of me to respond to you the way I did, and for that I apologize. It is a very sad situation, but I still do not believe it is Cindy's duty to "air out" another's "dirty laundry."

I was not being judgemental, just know most of the family. SO I was actually stating facts. Their are 4 or 5 families that all run around together from that area that always seems to have a couple of their family members names in the papers. What "true colors" are to speaking off by the way? The only reason they were in Arab was that every business in Guntersville knows to keep an eye on them when they are in the store. I hope their families chip in to replace the fence they destroyed while running from the police! I have no sympathy for thiefs and these two will get no sympathy from me.

Cindy: Have you ever heard of the Golden Rule? Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Well, "do" in this situation means talk/write badly about someone else.

I hope when you or any of your family members die, no one digs up anything on ya'll and post it on a public forum. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Well "Sheri" I didnt dig up the information on the wreck, its public information! And everyone in Guntersville can vouch that the family mentioned has a long history of criminal intent! The truth hurts but it doesnt make what they did right did it?

Not sure what the "Sheri" means as I don't know you if you think I am someone else. I live 5 hours away actually.
Anyhow ... you may have not had dug up the information but you printed it. And I am sure that not "everyone" in Guntersville knows about the family. What you did is very disrespectful and something a trash magazine would print.
Of course what they allegedly did is wrong, no doubt, but you don't have to bring up their past or their whole family.:(

My mistake, I mistyped your name Shari. Are you the Shari Havis from Guntersville? Girl I remember you! LOL! There is no "allegedly" about what they did. You are real good with that lawyer talk aint ya' girl? I wasnt bringing their past up I brought what they did the five minutes before the wrecked. I am done with you and all the "defender" of this criminals. I hope the lady that dies was a saved Christian so perhaps she has a chance at not going to hell for her sins. And I hope the lady in the hospital is saved or gets saved and turns away from the path she is on. God bless you and the families!

Cindy,
I hope you are saved yourself. You never know when you will breathe your last breath and I would hope if yours was sooner than you anticipate that people won't remember you as the rude, disrespectful, and ignorant person you are portraying yourself to be.

Regardless of what they did in their past no one deserves such disrespect when they are gone.

Bravo Heather.

And Cindy, I have never lived in Guntersville. I have never lived north of Birmingham. I have a relative that lives in Arab.

Saying "the family mentioned has a long history of criminal intent" sounds like trash-talking their whole family to me. What a shame you feel the need to bring people down on a public forum. I will pray for you tonight for a little bit of compassion toward your fellow man.

No one is perfect and has lived a perfect life. Have a nice life, Cindy.

Thank you, Heather! I couldn't have said it better myself! ;)
