Ocean Springs roosters have homes in Jackson County

Up until about a year ago, the roosters attracted crowds who were always on the lookout for the famous fowl.

The roosters were a nuisance. Some people liked them because they were "quirky", but they were just farm animals and they belonged on a farm. I'm sure that if they hadn't been relocated, the remaining two would have been hit by a passing car.
