no, i sure don't, but i wish i did. he was just about the best damn lawyer i ever had. not a week goes by that i don't think "i wish david oliver was here." i had heard from a local judge that "the next time i saw david oliver, he would be being indicted." that judge never said what the charges were or what he was wanted for... who knows? maybe it was just some local gossip.

he was really good to me, too. any time that i had a problem, i could just call him and he'd take care of it. it wasn't like most lawyers where they will get back to you in the week. it was like in a couple of hours the problem was fixed. i wish him luck and hope that he is well.

No, I remember David Oliver but don't know where he is now.
Does anyone know where David Owen, the former lawyer who got into some deep doo doo back in the
early 90s, is now?

i don't know what his charges were and i wouldn't want to speculate. all i know is that he was more than decent to me, more than once, and i wish him the best of luck and much happiness.

David said something to me a few months before he left. At the time, I thought the conversation was very unusual. But once he was gone, I realized that it was his way of saying goodbye without saying the words. Thinking about that conversation leads me to believe that he had been thinking of leaving for quite some time. And I don't mean just thinking about it for a few months, I mean thinking about it for years.

let's try something new:

hey, david, you know those paintings that used to hang behind your office desk? they were a matched set. use the city they were bought in as a screen name if you are reading this and let us know if you are okay.

back to old news: i miss him, too. it seemed like no matter how much trouble i was in or how many laws i'd broken, i could always count on david to be in my corner and tell me 101 reasons why it wasn't my fault even though i was guilty as sin. lol. he was a fun guy and kept me entertained even when life at the moment wasn't funny.

He's ok, I assure you !!! He's always been a little different. He isn't going to look here!! He's keeping a very low profile !! Whatever he did sure pissed someone off!!
