Unfortunately METH brings this type of pain to people all over all the time. The METH situation in Stone County Arkansas has been a big issue for the past 20 years and will not get any better until more servere penalties are served on offenders. The slap on the wrist mentality of local law enforcement over the years is ridiculous!!!
The charges have Nothing to do with local law enforcement. The charges that are filed ultimately depend on the prosecutor, not the arresting officer. The officer can file a charge, however, the prosecutor will determine the exact charge to be carried forth. The prosecutor will also enjoy some form of sweet plea deal if one can be arranged.

Alot of those making high decisions are Elected Officials. Run their asses out if you are not happy with what is going on. I guarantee you there are many law enforcement officers that would like to string up scumbags who inflict harm on others. Many of those in law enforcement have to deal with the prosecutors lame ass decisions after they have put countless hours into solving and catching a scumbag criminal. Imagine that for a few minutes.

lol agree with you they might be elected officals but alot of them elected officals are scum bag crooks i mean everything is messed up it starts from the top and trikles down to the bottom i mean think about billionares how many people did they shit on to get where there at it is just how it is and one person isnt gonna be able to run anyone out of anywhere and law enforcement officers we have so many crooked cops its not funny some of them cops are more crooked then the meth heads there busting lol we need to rethink everything in our society and try to come up with better laws and punishments as a whole

He needs to be condemned to death in a court of law for what he allegedly did, and hung by the neck until dead at the town square.

i just from what i have read is that he has been into alot of trouble and the guy shoulod finally face a real sentence it took killing a mna to finally have someone care and bring down a hard sentence i would personally just hang him and get it over with because from what it sounds like he is the main guy behind it all but i could be wrong

Nothing is impossible within the Mountain View Court System. I would not be surprised if the guy got 5 years probation.

I have been reading these posts for some time now. I want to be heard so all will understand where I stand. All of our lives have been profoundly changed forever. I pray everyday for the families of all involved. I have turned it over to God because I know he has a plan. He knew from the day each of the four of these men were born where there lives would lead and what their fates would be. Prior to the murder and since our family has gone through so much pain. When the trial are over I will go into more details but until then each of you who think you know what is happening or did happen should just keep in mind that there are many family members from all sides who are hurting. We are praying for each other and hope that you would follow and support all of us. I know that the truth will come out and trust that justice will be served. Please keep the children of all four of these men at the top of your prayer list. Their sisters, brothers, and children are the ones who are hurt the deepest. They continue to suffer because they do not understand. Meth is a powerful drug that changed them all. I am a grown woman and have had to face the hardest time in my life, my children even worse. Please pray for us all.

Your request is heard loudly and heartfelt! Many prayers are with you and those who are involved. I too hope justice will be served to the fullest extent possible to those who deserve it, whether they were influenced by Methamphetamine or not.

yes but one thing i must say to your post god gives us all a free will so does that mean we get a free will and decide 2 get hooked on meth and kill someone i mean that is the devil not god the devil was in all 4 of those men i mean god knos what is going to happen but he still gives u a free will and when u get a free will and u let the devil in bad things happen

i think the fair punishmkent for them guys is death if i could make that decision and i kno mark and like mark he was a cool guy but i feel when u murder a person u dont deserve to be on this earth anymore

i mean i just would like 2 know the truth did they all kill the guy were they all there at the time the guy died or did one of them leave i would just like to know the details of what happen if it is even possible to find out the truth

Jay,
I don't think anyone will ever know the truth about that night. I know each of us beleives in our hearts what we choose to beleive. I beleive it is not up to us to judge them, that is in the hands of the court. I was hoping by posting on here that the understanding would be that those who do not know what happened should keep their oppinions to themselves. i guess that did not come through as I had hoped. Rather than to judge I would hope you would remember those who have been hurt by all of this...those who could still be hurt. I will pray for you when I pray for us.

yes i agree what u are saying but i mean if i have 2 say one thing

that is drugs are the root to all evil i mean hell if we didnt have all these nasty drugs that are out there crime would be really really low because almost every crime u look at it was either about drugs or the guy that did the killing was high on drugs almost everytime

i mean i only new one guy in this horrible event that occured and that was mark and i kno that if mark wouldnt have gotten into meth and real bad like he was he would have never did anything like this but they say meth turns u into a totally different person

well it has been almost a full two years.sad part is it those men have still not been to trial.crazy how the court system works these days.if this would have happened way back when i bet that they would have just been hung but that is just a thought.no i do not know the whole truth. i only know what his mother has told me.i remember growing up around him.i am his cousin and my brother and him where best friends. when we were together as a family they where always off together hanging out.at the funeral was the first time in my whole life i have seen my brother cry so much he was throwing up. the funeral was very painful. many things that will never be forgotten about him.jus last year we had a family reunion and we got to see little aaron.he looks just like kagen.the thing that you have to think about is although there was a life taken in this world there is a little miracle blooming day by day.he is a beautiful baby and i just know he will grow to be an amazing person.everyone just needs to rememeber no it will not ever be forgotten what happened but what happened is done no matter what anybody says can change anything so just keep in mind that people who care look at this.have a heart for everyone. Yes, even the murder suspects.they know what they did and they will either learn from it or they will get their judgment day.

I LOVE YOU KAGEN LAYNE FUTRELL AND MISS YOU SO MUCH!!!
