Great, even more New Yorkers to drive up local prices. Bet the enviro-tards are connected with the developers to drive them out of business to get the land. How about some open space and a fishing pier instead of even more yuppies.

I understand that clean up of this site is important but does this guy realize that there is a severe recession right now and Ct is in a recession too? Ct drives businesses out with when a lawyer starts suing some business or developer like this. Why can't the state and this lawyer work with developers instead of an unfriendly law suit toward them. I personally think suing is out of control and I would like to see tort reform that will limit damages. Law suits like this drives up the cost of businesses in this state. If I had enough money I would rent a bill board and tell businesses to stay away from CT ' s unfriendly business environment. Thanks

"what a poorly written article." Isn't that road Meadow Street? Did they not even get the street correct? No wonder papers are going out of business.

They should find some excuse environmentally to close the State Capitol and do away with all Their jobs.

Yeah CT government is Toxic to our lives with Socialist Communist liberal Democrats who are so hostile to businesses who bring jobs to our state. Ct has mandates about everything. I wonder if anyone monitors how the state may cause pollution in our state? Is there a watch of the way state does things or do they just do their own thing?

What about the parent corporation, Branch Bank and Trust. Should'nt they be held responsible?????
