Glad to see that smokers will be restricted to smoking indoors at the mall. That burning tobacco will help mask the foul stench of anti-smokers like Old Guy.

Smokers have no idea how badly they reak! Seriously, most people will never tell you how horrible your clothes, car and breath smells! It's not until you quit that you realize how offensive you've been all of these years. Your fingers stink, you sweat nicotine and tar, and your teeth are abysmal.

Okay, first of all, this is PRIVATE property, and the owners can enforce whatever smoking rules they want. This has nothing to do with the "state". Second, there is no "right" to smoke, but there is a "right" to not be exposed to dangerous toxins.

Smokers act like smoking is a constitutionally-protected activity, like free speech or choice of religion.

Just because you're too stupid to understand the unbelievable health-risks of smoking, doesn't mean that the rest of us should be put at risk.

I do not smoke. I do know how much all y'all anti-smokers reek. Perhaps you should be banned in public until you learn to STFU and change your DEPENDS on at least a daily basis.

There is a long list of toothless "Old Guy's" that have sat on "Whine-A-Pigs" smirky face most notably "Hugh Jass".

The tonic for this kind of corporate mentality is to hit them in the pocketbook. Boycott the fcking dump.

Perhaps "Smokers Stink" would be polite enough to hang a roll of toilet paper on his ear and mount a cover on his big mouth. After all if he wants to act like a toilet the public has the right to regulate him like a toilet. Nothing worse than a smirky faced toilet.

That's a great idea! Oh, wait...did I say "great"? I meant "stupid, ineffective and juvenile".

New York is a Nanny State, so it should not surprise anyone that we now have our first Nanny Mall.

I will now shop from home online with a 64oz Soda and a lit Cigarette in my hands and never set foot on Crossgates Property again.

Yeah, that's showing them! That online shopping is going to come in handy when they amputate your legs due to diabetes and put you on an oxygen tank.

I love how some smokers complain about the "nanny state" when it comes to regulating their smoking, but they don't mind leaching off of the Medicare/Medicaid systems when their health starts to fail.

Actually, I think his parents are still looking for one that will get him out of the shack for a while every day--at least until they realize what they've got and send him back.

Hey Old Dude - I have a great job in town, excellent health insurance and long term care insurance that I pay for myself and live on a gentlemens farm.

I work my land every single day in one way or another, whether it be the gardens or clearing snow or cutting my own firewood that I heat my house with - haven't given money to the Saudi's in the form of heating oil purchases since 2003.

I get more exercise every day than you most likely dream of getting in a month. You assume way too much about me. I will smoke 'em if I got 'em and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.
