Who in their right mind would pay for a luxury condo on Chapel Street in Albany? Chapel Street is a sh*hole.

I love these developers who think that Albany can be transformed into Manhattan, as though it were some kind of cultural mecca. These people fail to see that their condo will be just around the corner from puking college kids and Albany's largest illicit drug-market.

Jerry Jennings has tried for years to convince people that downtown is the place to be...it isn't. Downtown Albany is a dirty, dangerous turd-pile. The only people who like it are underaged-drinkers, retarded college kids, gang-banging black scum, filthy homeless panhandlers, and the mentally ill...and Jerry Jennings.

The rest of us stay home.
