It seems the Street Law Firm, specifically Bob Brieman, enjoys delaying their divorce cases hoping to cause the opposition excessive stress and/or financial problems. Is it a coincidence that anyone, average citizens as well as his fellow attorneys, have nothing good to say about him and joke that there would be a line of people from the Courthouse to the new Wal-Mart who would want to kick his butt? I'm surprised he doesn't have to have a security guard. But, of course, he's so arrogant, he wouldn't think he'd need to. One day, Bob dear, you'll pay for all the things you've done.
Anyone who's been "screwed" by this man, please respond.

Bob Breiman is a very good attorney. Bob is arrogant because he is good at what he does.

Bob is arrogant because he is an ass. A very good ass. Arrogant, ass, attorney.... kind of redundant ain't it?

I would highly recommend him. If I were getting a divorce he would be the one I'd get. He knows how to get you want you want!

I could care less either way but by your rational any individual that is exceptional at what they do should be a prick.

You can tell you are on the receiving end of Bob's wrath.

Not hardly, there's no reference to him in that post. It's sole purpose was to point out your ignorance, which apparently worked.

There is always someone calling someone else ignorant one here for expressing their opinions. I simply expressed my opinion of Bob Breiman so that people who read this post will know that there are people out there who think he is an excellent attorney. It just goes to show the stupidity of some people when they call someone names for simply stating an opinion, instead of the person who threatened bodily harm on another person.

Likewise with your assumptions and obvious hypocrisy. Word your posts more carefully and your standards will be questioned less often.

Attnys should'nt get a personal interest in a divorce. They're hired to represent their client. What benefit does the attny get for destroying the person on the other side. If they do get a pesonal interest in the divorce, then they've got a special interest beyond what they were hired to do. Help the devestated couple solve their problems and get on with their lives. DO not drag the heartache on. It's not good for them, children they have or the family. Give them a chance to start a new life and move on AND to find happiness.

So someone asked Wille Nelson....why is divorce so expensive...He replied, BECAUSE IT'S WORTH IT. Just remember that.
Also, I think the first class an attorney takes in law school is how to delay a case...reasons or excuses for delay. They learn that first and everyone gets an A in the class.
It's just the way life is....

Actually, they get an Incomplete. The intructor delays issuing the final grade until after the student graduates.
