Should transgender girls be allowed to use the girls bath room at school when other girls are upset and uncomfortable with it. Or should the straight girls have all rights to say no taken from them and be forced to give all rights to the transgender girl and let the transgender girl have free run of the school, and all the bathrooms as a girl, and participate in all girl activities. Isn't this infringing on the straights girls rights to privacy in the bath room that is made for females. Remember straight girls have no where else to go to use the bath room at school. They are not allowed in the boys bathroom but the transgender girl can go to either bathroom.

Absolutely Not. This boys has no business infringing in on these little girls dignity and invasion of privacy in the bathroom. If he/she as he claims, cant use the boys bathroom then he/she needs a separate private bathroom.

Woah woah woah. So, if they are transgender, then how the hell are you going to know they are a boy/girl when they use the bathroom? Seriously? Are you going to go with everyone to use the facilities? Dumbest damned thing I've ever heard....

I'm guessing your referring to me. If someone is transgender, male or female, they identify with the other sex feeling they are in the wrong body. To assume that they are in there getting their rocks off is incredibly wrong, and offensive.

And as a side note. If someone was to transfer to the Grundy Senior high, boy or girl, would you honestly know if they are transgender? Do you honestly think they are going to come out to anyone? They may or may not. For all you know, there may already be someone there who is transgender. But you're never going to know, are you?

I worked with a transgender once . I figured it out in a few minutes from the minute we met. Broad shoulders , Adams apple, strong as an ox, sise 13 shoes, gaulky, with a dress and lip stick on. Lucky we had a bathroom for one at a time use.

I was not referring to you JeremyC but I will ask you the same question. What would you do to ensure these girls right to dignity and privacy in the bathroom at school?

You are getting a lot of experience trying to keep it hid aren't you Jeremy C. For Your Information no one is going to follow anybody to the bath room to see what their gender is. In schools and public places there are usually a lot of females or males in the bathroom designated for them at the same time. It is not that you Can see the person , it is the fact that he/she has no business in the womans bathroom when there is a male bathroom next door. He/she has a dik so he needs to go to the male bathroom.

What happened did you accidentally look in a mirror in passing. I do have mixed feelings on this, I do think that this is a gender disorder and I'm glad that this child's has such lovely parents who see that this child has needs and perhaps they can accommodate for her. We are talking about a child here and from seeing her on the news today how can anyone argue that this child is a female trapped in a male one.

This little boy is doing this to go along with that warped minded mother of his. She is ruining his life until no hope can ever be found. She loves the attention. Some day he will say ,Mommy why did you make me the clown and an out cast of the whole school

She has been making her rounds on the tv news net works since before he started school. Before he even knew there was a difference in a boy and a girl. Dressing him in cute little dresses and bows in his hair. Claiming he thought he was a girl. No wonder. I thought the news people were intelligent. I am beginning to have second thoughts on that.

Regardless of preference you are male or female. Read the sign on the door and act accordingly. No male should ever be in a young ladies restroom.

Yea Kellerman I hope that mommy can accomodate for her son. She has had to pull him out of school now. Children are not going to follow the laws that she is trying to have put on them because they dont understand the mess. They have been taught a different set of bathroom rules at home concerning privacy. They know he is a boy dressed in girls clothes and different. This is all it takes to get every child in school expelled except him.

worked at a government facility, and there was an employee in one of the buildings that was born a man and in his mid life crisis decided to become a woman.

started dressing the part at work and everything. the bathroom part is where it got creepy. even though he dressed as a woman, the other women in the facility did not want him in the ladies rooms in the building.

The men also got creeped out because someone dressed and looking like an old wore out ugly woman was in the mens room as well.

The he/she ended up filing a discrimination suit. After about $100,000 of costs to the U.S. government, they ended up having to put in a 'unisex' bathroom in the building.

A couple of months later the he/she left the place of employment and moved on. I heard "it" tried the same thing at another place of employment.

It would perhaps be the best if she home schooled the child until a sex change could be made and this would solve the issue. I don't know what age the parent can make the decision. My feelings is for the child who indeed looks like a small girl. Children adapt easy, but I'm not sure they would understand this situation. I'm glad her parents do understand the quandary that this child is in and will make the necessary needs this child will need than you never know if the child will grow up and resent the parent for making the decision. At my age I have lived to see so much. We as a society must adapt to change.

Same here Golliwog I worked in a gov job with one that had been married and had children. In mid life she decided she was a man and had some kind of sex change attachment surgery done. Changed her name to Hoss . By the looks of this SHEM I could tell it was a woman. A lot of employees male and females were fired , Put on leave without pay and other things because of complaints from Shem This shem would try to put the make on women or men. I never saw a person spend so much time in the male and female bathrooms as shem did and she never did hook up with anybody. I quit that job. Heard later that the shem moved to California.
