Is it opened yet? And why does its name just say restaurant on the building? Does it not have a name or are they just calling it rainbow?

Tried the Rainbow last night, enjoyed it. I had the beef tips, medium rare, cooked right and very tasty. It was very clean.

I tried the Rainbow last week. I grew up eating at the former Rainbow on a weekly basis. While the remodeling looks great, I was not impressed with the food at all. I ordered fried potatoes with my meal, and I kid you not, I was served french fries that were cut into small pieces. I did like the fried corn-it was great. My sister ordered pork chops and they came out way overcooked (crispy and tough). She also had green beans that were inedible. The service was pretty good-our waitress was nice and she did check back to see if we needed refills. Overall, the place looks great but their cooking needs a lot of work. Also, just a personal preference, I would like to see some of the old specials on the menu.

We have been several times...Awesome. Service was outstanding, food was perfect. So glad to have it and the job opportunities it provides. Looking forward to enjoying the beautiful patio and live music this summer.

Food, service, and atmosphere are great. Anyone who says their food isn't good obviously has never had food prepared correctly.

I've ate there three times

First being a burger that was really good. We had nachos for an appetizer and didn't expect beans and whatnot with -very- little meat.

Second burger was undercooked. They never listen to what you want on it. I ordered both my first and second burger with mayo only, but both came with a full side of lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. Only the first actually had mayo.

Last time I ate chicken tenders with fries and corn. Let me just say that if you want regular food, order it without peppers- just in case. The corn comes with peppers, hamburger steak comes with peppers, and I believe my cousins potatoes came with peppers. The chicken tenders were GIANT sized but tasty.
