hey you must be on the wrong thread; you must think you are on the DSS thread. if all them ungrateful and unhappy workers would quit then some of us might get a shot at them positions. maybe if a few of them would get laid off then we would see if they have any stress.

go's to show how much some people know, jeff dye is not married. he had someone living with him, but not married.. and its his life he is single.
as far as chris well he did what he had to do and he got fired so did the outher boss and a forklift drive. should they have gotten fired i don't think so but that's me. " sorry about that got fired ". you shouldn't have gotten fired you was doing what you was told. but if it came down to the plant manager or you 3 who do you think he will pick ?? not his self.

Minova has gotten rid of a lot of people over stupid reasons. They are pretty much un-fair to work for. I know from experience. Oh, btw not to mention that jenn-mar pays a hell of a lot more and has way better benefits!

not really...yea jen-mar may pay better but they do more work for no reasson..there equipment is so old and ass-backwards its a wonder if somebody hasn't been killed ..hints the better insurance.

There is hardly any down time ever at jennmar. When we do have down time, the maintenance guys fix the equipment. Operators never have to fix the equipment. Yes insurance is better and a hell of a lot cheaper. Also, we get a $600 bonus every 3 months. We get a $200 christmas bonus and an attendance bonus. Plus our cost of living raise is more than exhell gives. By the way I worked at exhell for 5 years. Supposedly still employed but on lay off status. Got a W-2 from there with $0 on it. How stupid.
