i am currently living in one of their many trailers and have had no problems. mack has ASKED me for permission to enter my home when i was not there and did not seem upset when i told him if he needed in, i would make myself available to let him enter. i've heard the rumors myself but have seen nothing of the sort. i'm not saying it hasn't happened. my biggest proble is that the rent is high but the trailers are very nice and kept up well. if there is something that needs done it gets done in a timely fashion. traffic seems to go faster than their suppost to but thats mostly at night when no-ones out and about. not trying to say anyones wrong, just what i've seen. if you are interested in one to his places, just call him and he'll give you whatever info you need.

I think you're talking about Mack Keen. I rent from him also and he has been an awesome land lord. I had a problem with my dryer one day and called, and within 15 minutes they were calling me back to make arrangements to come fix it. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

We rent houses and it states in our contracts that we may enter any of our houses at reasonable times without permission. We OWN them, they're ours and we can enter and check anything we want to. I would never go through any one's stuff but I would take note of the condition of the premises, cleanliness and general wear and tear, animals and how many people are living there.

i thought as long as rent is paid, they are in the postion of the renter? why would anyone want to look through personal things anyways? if drugs are in question, why not fill out that little piece of paper in the mountaineer?
