Joey White

#1 Dec 27, 2012
Joey got sentenced to a yr and half on Dec 3.2wks later he's a free man cause he's singing like bird.He started over at the jail and 2 days before he got out his "friend" came over here whinning that if he got out it would be because be made a deal. Telling everyone he got time served. I told him face to face and put him off my property so I'm not saying anything I haven't already said to his face. He ripped Joe off after he gave him a good job at the concrete plant..he's a junkie and now he's a snitch cause he couldn't man-up and do his time for a probation violation. If u know him, beware...if u don't...remember his name. He'd set-up his pappy if it'd get him out of jail.

Yep, Joe gave him a job back in the summer driving a cement truck and when he would give Joey money to put fuel in the truck Joey only put so much in and put the rest in his pocket. Got a little fellow fired a foodcity for helping him do it by writting phoney tickets and Joey is from rt here in Grundy.

If you're not doing anything illegal, you have no reason to worry about a snitch. Seems there are a few that are worried. Points above.

You're wrong-you don't have to do anything wrong for a snitch to say that you did. How many snitches have set up little grandmothers and such. Their whole point is to save themselves and screw everyone else. Let me ask you...if you had legal meds in your house, would you let someone around you and your kids and such if you knew they were out to save their own A**? If you have suger problems and had needles would you take the chance knowing that all they had to do was go tell a little lie on you to have the law up in your house? It would be up to you after that to prove your innocense AFTER your arrest then. I'm a legal beagle, but I know if someone will snitch, they'll lie and they'll steal. You can take the chance but I sure the heck won't.

Typically whatever an "informant" provides to the police has to pan out or any agreement made is void. Cannot just make up wild stories to get out, there has to be some substance to the accusation.

You seem to know alot about the process....either you're Joey or one of his buddies I bet. Doesn't matter. A snake is still a snake! Cut its head off before you know whether it's poison or not.

It is common sense to know that when someone is arrested for drugs that the person can snitch on the dealer and it will pan out. The person can snitch on their friends because friends know what friends do. These thieves also know who is using drugs and who is dealing drugs. Thieves and drugs go hand in hand. So when one of your friends or accquaintance gets arrested , you better hope your hands are clean.

Nope, you are wrong, just someone who doesn't have to worry about someone snitching on me. Is your conscience clear?

Sorry to say I was in jail with Joey and he whinned like a little sissy. Swore he wouldn't set there long. Blew my mind when I saw his name on here. Never thought he'd go through with it. I was on a driving suspended and I don't do dope, but I sure wouldn't let him around my home or my kids. I heard from his own mouth what he's all about.

Didn't mean to respond to you that way. VERY meaning for myself setting over there in jail, I saw alot of guys just like myself who had clear conciences but because of some snitch who set them up they were looking at years. If someone gets in trouble for their own wrongs, why do they have to hurt someone else to get out of it? There was one boy there, 19, never been in trouble, got 5yrs cause a snitch set him up for 1 pill...the snitch was facing 10yrs for pro vio and he walked away scott free. Why can't people just admit to their wrongs and do their time instead of taking someone elase down instead? If one of you family got set up bet you would look at it a little differently.

My conscience is very clear, but, I have to agree with what "In Jail" wrote. People like Joey and all the others mentioned don't know how to take their own medicine and they crack under pressure. And if you know anything about the law around here, you're guilty until proven innocent which after you've been arrested it's nearly immpossible to do.

Common sense will also tell you that a snitch will set you up,too. A "friend" can always find a way to make another look dirty when it come to saving their own a**!

Two wrongs don't make a right. If you buy "illegal drugs" from this so called "friend" that has "snitched" you out, is it still an "illegal drug purchase"?

Someone, everyone, is in the wrong involved in that setup.

And no, I don't agree with letting someone off a drug charge, because they set someone else up. The beginning of this thread was about "snitches". If you're not involved with something illegal, you got nothing to worry about with a snitch.

That's not true either. I know a "snitch" who didn't wear a wire but testified that they got something from someone even though they didn't and that person got time and the "snitch" went free. Although this happened in another state, it does happen. Like someone in this thread said "If they'll snitch, they'll lie and they'll steal." I think all this comes down to the fact that if you can't do the time, don't do the crime, and that includes getting a p.v. as well. All in all, it's very sad indeed. I got a driving suspended. Would it have been rt for me to take someone else down for the 30 days I got for doing wrong? I don't think so.
