Driver in double fatal charged with homicide

The driver in a May 13 double fatal wreck in Columbia County has been arrested and charged with two counts of homicide by motor vehicle and driving under the influence. via The Augusta Chronicle

My opinion on this is if you didn't know Brandon then you don't need to talk shit, not saying what he did was right, but accidents do happen this just happen to be a VERY tragic one,but i feel he's going through enough knowing he killed his brother and his girlfriend so before you say anything you need to think of how you would feel if you were in his shoes,and everyone was sitting here saying this mucked up crap about you.

Lets see, Brandon had open containers in his vehicle (drinking ya think?), behind the wheel of a 2 ton deadly weapon, driving like an idiot with no regards for the passengers. Hmmm. If I was related to one of the victims, the judge wouldn't have to give Brandon the death penalty, I would. And he wouldn't be sitting around for 15 years waiting on it. Hell he's out on bail! No better time for an irate relative of one of the victims to make sure he never see's the inside of another courtroom.
Sorry to break it to you Angel, but Brandon is a piece of shit. IMHO.
