There seems to be a cat epidemic in groves. I'm not against having pets, I just think that the owners should be responsible. The cat population has increased in the neighborhood between Monroe and Madison by a minimum of 3 times what it was a year ago. It seems to me the city animal control should be making rounds and picking up the strays.
