What happened to the efforts to clean up Groves eye sores? There are a number of homes with cars that do not run, trash piled up that are bringing down the property values of other Groves homeowners that are proud of their city. If you don't believe it, take a drive down the 5300 block of Garfield.

It is even worse when you live next door to that person. I unfortunately have to look at that property every day, and got tired of filing complaints to the city because each time I did, that person's yard got worse. When he actually does mow the yard (Which has only been 2 or 3 times in the last YEAR), he blows the trimmings into my yard. Now I am moving out, and needing to sell the house and I am not going to get near as much as it is worth because of the trash next door. What good is it for the city to have ordinances when they don't even enforce them?????
