My overwhelming thanks to the City Council of Groves for the cooperation allowing amateur radio antennas on city water towers. We plan to have Groves as the technological leader of telecommunications in Jefferson County in the next couple of months (including web cameras available on the internet looking over the city as needed) and not ONE penny cost to the city! My heartfelt appreciation to City Manager Dee Sosa, Mayor Bailey and especially Councilman Kyle Hollier for whose help has made this a faster process than we ever imagined!
