South Central shows almost 12000 without power in Pickaway County :( A lot of wind damage and flooding. North end of Circleville was hit the hardest.

At 03:00 AM, it sounded like we were in a subway station. The wind took a piece of siding off the house and haven't checked the roof out yet.

The tornado sirens are of no use in western Franklin county. By the time they went off, the storms had traveled across the entire city. Thanks for nothing!

We live off tarrylton road, south of 22 and our roof was partially blown off and a power line down in the front yard. We lost power around 3 am when we heard a loud BOOM! Our son, Corey, is missing. We think he's still in his room but we can't open his door for some reason. The part of the roof that's gone was above his room. The police won't take a missing persons report because it hasn't been 24 hours yet. The local fire department is voluntary and hasn't come out yet either.
Please let us know when you find your son. I am praying for you.

If my kid was "missing" I would be finding any way possible to get through that blocked bedroom door. I certainly wouldn't be on the computer complaining no one would help.

The newark/heath area is a mess. But it could have been much worse. Lots of wind damage. Power lines and trees down.

I refuse to believe that these people's story is true anyway.
But anyone with a smart phone and a data plan can access the internet without power at their home...

I certainly don't believe the Morris' story, but it seems to me that they could go thru where the roof was ripped off.....over his room!

We didn't hear a single siren, which was really odd. Thank goodness we didn't lose power because we were able to keep our tv on and watch the radar.

Hope everyone is ok. I hate these spring storms!!!

I know at our house the wind was horrible. We came downstairs with our babies after hearing sirens going off and I looked out the window and our trashcans were blowing down the street. I got down here and the wind had blown our locked front door completely open and was blowing in rain and blowing things around the living room. Our basement had a river running through it, thankfully the spot we go to in case of these kinds of things was dry. Thankful for power and everything being fine this morning! In Lancaster my dad said lightning had struck his place and blew up a good 800 dollars worth of things, can't use the phone, internet or tv at all.

This morning, I mentioned to my wife, "Watch. The local news media will post pictures of all the storm damage. I'm expecting a shot of a shopping cart on its side".

Thanks for not letting me down, 10TV.

Oh, and I cannot believe people are taking the locked bedroom door story seriously. Don't you guys know what "troll" means?
