I just want to validate the true commitment the Ulrey's have to community. They do give back!
During my years that I was involved with Westland Youth and St. Cecilia, they where always willing to give without a second thought to our kids!
Thank you Ulrey family!
I agree with all who have commented on commitment to the community; Flyers does an outstanding job in this regard. To my tastes the pizza is just OK, maybe good, and unfortunately I can no longer give them my business due to an unforgivable lapse in customer service and a blatantly ignored opportunity to apologize for it. Obviously they do not need my money to stay in business but I cannot forgive awful service or reward it with continued patronage.

Yes, because no one is allowed to have an opinion that differs from yours.

The Hilliard store hasn't disappointed me in 15 years of at least once a week orders.

It appears that location and its staff "get it", then. Sounds like they appreciate your business and wish to keep it. I wish my experience was comparable to yours.

Yes, it did. He claimed that someone not liking Flyer's food or business practices must mean they're miserable people and they live in their mother's basement. Seems like Gordon would prefer everyone to agree with him and like this particular business. Can you connect the dots now? "Twit"? Very classy!

The tossing of an offhand insult is hardly the same as saying nobody else is entitled to a differing opinion. Not even close.

Class up my act a notch or two for what reason? Because I can recommend a better pizza than what's being peddled in this Dispatch artcle?

Too bad Angie's didn't follow their lead!!!! Pizza used to be great, they raised prices and cut the quality! We're prime for a good pizza place, so Flyers, Tommy's, Rotolo's we'll gladly welcome you, and give you plenty of bisiness!

The Groveport location is fantastic. Great service, great tasting food. My husband and myself go there way too often. We actually enjoy eating at the location itself, than just getting take out.

It's interesting that this is the second time a Bag of Nails location has burnt down in a short period of time. I'd love to hear that story.

Wow, that's pretty uncharacteristic of our company. I'd like to hear about it and make it right with you. If it wins you back as a customer....fantastic. If it at the very least corrects a mistake and gives us a chance to apologize....I can live with that, too.

I appreciate hearing from you and might take you up on that.

My reason for commenting in the first place was *not* to suggest people shouldn't do business with Flyers, especially when they are pleased with the product, value and service (that's why I wanted to acknowledge your company's strong community service record).

I felt it likely that not only might someone from Flyers see it, but other business owners as a reminder that service is crucial. All of us screw up occasionally; the test comes when it's time to make things right. My situation was met with an excuse (a lame one at that) instead of an apology, which was really all I wanted. Based on longevity and the large number of positive comments in this thread, it's obvious your company by and large does things the right way.

I will probably be in touch in the near future. Thank you for reaching out and your willingness to listen.

No, but I have read your comments and I think I'll give it a try. I've heard good things about their pizza before. One thing that is in abundance in Columbus is a variety of pizza joints.
