I am saddened to see that you got false information on the people that were at the scene of this very sad accident. The first to respond was an off duty police officer from Manchester (Kevin) who took the passenger of the car out on his own when the car started to smoke badly. Then a neighbor, officer Clint Larrabee asked Arthur to help assist he and Kevin with the driver. Which at that time there was a nurse Carla Shorey and doctor Marisa Bochman that came from a two year olds party at Clint Larrabee house's to perform CPR on the driver for over ten minutes before help arrived. Kevin, Clint, Dr Bochman and Carla worked as an amazing team. God Bless all of them!

My step dad was Joe Wilson and he died due to the fatal crash.
