What a freaky accident. Its amazing that a tractor trailer hauling steel can cross 4 lanes and a median of a highway and crash (which had to have been really loud) and nobody notice it happen not to mention the crash go unnoticed for two weeks.

Hopefully the guy died quickly and didn't lay in that truck suffering.

The penndot workers were not on foot patrol, they saw some vehicle tracks off the road and decided to take a look. Couldn't the police be capable of doing the same thing?

No jackass, the PennDot workers were sweeping the shoulder of the road. One of them probably walked down over the side of the bank to take a piss! You can't blame anyone for this because thousands of people drive that road everyday and the State Police also specifically patrol 322. No one saw it, it was beyond anyones control, get over it!

You know he does have family and friends who have internet. He did have a cell phone and his family and friends tried to reach him. People need to respect his family and friends and shut the hell up

And as far as the Megan's law thing it was in 1991. He did the time for his actions and changed his life. Is he supposed to be condemmend for ever? People can change and don't people deserve to be remembered for their good qualities?

Cripes, I didn't know any of that. I wasn't looking to smear the guy at all, I was saying it was a freak accident and I hope he didn't have to lay and suffer.

He was not a sick person, he just made a mistake almost 20 years ago. I know that what he did was wrong but my point is he paid for his crime. If God can forgive him then shouldn't we? I also hope he didn't lay and suffer. My dad worked with him, I was in Girl Scouts with his niece and went to school with both his niece and nephew. I believe that if you repent for your sins then not only God should be able to forgive you but humans as well.

Did he seriously lock a girl in a cooler and rape her? If that's the case, the only thing better than an execution would be to rape him and lock him in a cooler. RIP.

The only way you could know that information is if you were there and that would explain how you feel. I would hope that her family would realize that he has served his time and could forgive him. If not I would hope they would have enough respect for someone who just passed away and not bad mouth him. I understand that what happened was wrong and it isn't easy to get over it but now that he's gone can we just let him rest in peace. Deb, how would you feel if someone in your family commited a crime almost 20 years ago and when they passed away all anyone could talk about is what they did wrong and not even care about the fact that they have family and friends who care about that person. All I want his for some respect for the recently deceased.

how can you ask people to have RESPECT for that kind of person. god didnt put girls on this earth to be raped. by these people people like Andrew Jackson is a son of the devil not a son of god . as for his family I feel bad for them that they had to have a sick person like that in their family.I lived a few houses down from where the store this happend at. and I will never forget the look on that poor young girls face the night that all took place. so dont tell me that sick man or any sick man or woman should be forgiven for doing something like he done...

I have no idea if what you are saying about this man is true or not. I don't know you. I didn't know him. I tend not to give anonymous people the benefit of the doubt who talk ill of the dead. That said, let's assume this man is what you say he was.

There are some self professed Christians on here. The New Testament talks about foregiveness. The Old Testament talked about the 10 commandements. If you screw up, you go to hell forever.

If you accept Jesus as your savior, it is said every Sunday morning that you will be forgiven you no matter how terrible you were. You could be a rapist, dope fiend, murderer, Hitler, Dahmer. Christians claim god forgives you. After all, god had his own son killed to prove that.

Of course, we are humans. When we know someone who is terrible, we hope that they suffer for eternity. Are you going to forgive this guy and prays that he accepted Christ in his life and is in heaven? Or are you going to hope he is in hell getting raped? Old Testament or New Testament? Or maybe you don't believe in either.

You have to make the choice.
