Hope you make it an indoor tennis facility. We could use one. Maybe even a little indoor golf? Winter is long in these parts.

I think you missed the point of whats going on..the facility is being converted to a autopartswarehouse and all the athletic stuff is being sold off to others for use elsewhere..
