I was a little skeptical when towns first started signing these convenants, questioning why support had to be written down and publicized.

But then its makes sense when I hear about places like Cambridge and Berkeley passing resolutions in support of people like wikileaks' Assange or for the promotion of illegal immigrants.

For every Berkeley in the US, we must have 100 Pepperells.
