Concerned Resident Groton, MA	#1 Dec 7, 2011 I assumed these were regular resignations. Now I've read in today's Lowell Sun that there was "a controversy within the Police Department resulting in a high-ranking officer's resignation." The town manager's acting inappropriately, a water department technician has a still and there are police resignations. Is there no oversight of our employees? No accountability? They do work for us. James Brook Groton, MA	#8 Jan 12, 2012 Now it's gone public....in this afternoon's Sun under "Breaking News"...more to follow in tomorrow's paper.
